Over the years, I have worked on a range of projects, from optimizing Hamburg's energy grid to developing AI that predicts industrial machinery failures. But the biggest lesson wasn't technical, it was cultural. German engineering has a legacy of precision, quality, and foresight. With a foundation already in place, I wanted to apply these values to the digital world in a way that meets today's challenges. While leading a diverse international team, I discovered that with the right systems, you can translate German work culture into any environment, regardless of location or language barriers.
